2012 begins our fourth year of cheese making. We purchase local cow's milk with which we produce cream cheeses, camembert style cheeses (Chelsea-Cam and Rosy-Cam), feta, and gouda. We purchase sheep's milk from Charlotte, Michigan. We make manchego style (Man-Chel) and ossau-iraty style (ButterNut) cheeses from the sheep's milk. These are aged and usually produced from raw milk.

Almost 3 years ago I started cooking Papa Tom's Cajun Boiled Peanuts. I am from Ann Arbor, but I resided in Northern Florida for a lil over 10 years. This is where I was introduced to BOILED PEANUTS.
